Clean Water Commission

The Clean Water Commission is a nine-member volunteer resident board serving in an advisory capacity to the Clark County Council and County Manager on issues related to the Clean Water Division. The Clean Water Commission works with staff to review the program budget in detail, implement stormwater treatment improvements, bolster water quality monitoring, and enhance public education and outreach. The Clean Water Commission bylaws are here. For more information about the commission, please email cleanwater@clark.wa.gov.

Meeting Information

Meetings are scheduled for the first Wednesday of every other month (February, April, June, August, October, and December) and start at 6:30 pm. The meeting agenda will be available below, under the heading Meetings

How to Provide Comments and/or Attend Hybrid CWC Meetings

The public is encouraged to participate in this hybrid meeting through the following ways:

  • Attend in person at the PSC Conference Room #698 
  • Submit comments to cleanwater@clark.wa.gov by 12pm on the day of the meeting

2023 Annual Report
