- 50.25 acres at 9612 NW Lower River Road in Vancouver, part of Frenchman’s Bar Regional Park, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2029
- 48 acres at 4702 NW Lower River Road in Vancouver, adjacent to Vancouver Lake Regional Park, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2023 with the possibility of one five-year extension
- 43 acres at 10113 NE 149th St. in Brush Prairie, adjacent to the Lauretta Noreen Natural Area, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2029
- 52 acres at 33401 NW 24th Avenue in Ridgefield, known as the Pearson property, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2029
- 19.53 acres at 31711 NE Timmen Road in Ridgefield, known as the Schriber property, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2029
- 37 acres along the East Fork Lewis River, two miles south-southeast of La Center, known as the Schaefer property, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2029
- 11.5 acres near Lake Rosannah, west of the Ilani casino and near Allen Canyon, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2023 with the possibility of one five-year extension
- 5 acres at 18212 NE 83rd Street in Vancouver, known as Anderson Park, with terms expiration of Dec. 31, 2030 with the possibility of one five-year extension
The agreements will vary in terms, restrictions and requirements to be consistent with the management plans for each property. Haying rates will be determined by high bid and/or negotiation. Sealed bids and attached applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. Jan. 20, 2025 to:
