The Clark County Auditor's Office is pleased to announce that copies of certified land documents that have been recorded since September, 1998 in the Auditor's Office can now be obtained online. You can also obtain copies of certified marriage licenses that were recorded as early as 1890. This service is provided through an agreement with Washington State Digital Archives.
There are several ways to get copies of recorded documents. If you need a certified copy, please note that in your request.

In person: Copies are available at:

In person services will be available Monday - Thursday, starting September 6, 2022. Payment may be by cash, check, debit/credit card (convenience fee applies). -
By mail: Mail your completed Request for Certified Copy form with payment (check or money order) and self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Online: Certified copies of recorded documents may be requested online from Washington State Digital Archives or from Clark County's Official Records Search page. Payment may be by debit or credit card and additional fees apply.
Fees
- Certified copies are $3 for the first page and $1 per additional page.
- Non-certified copies are $1 per page.
When copies of documents are purchased online there is an additional fee of $1 for each certified copy. This charge is in addition to the statutory fees.
Current and former members of the military are exempt from certain fees.
