The customer service hours for Clark County Public Works are changing. Beginning July 17, the new hours of operation will be 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and every other Friday. The office will be closed every other Friday.
Residents can submit maintenance requests for county parks and roads via email to Pubwks.cservice@clark.wa.gov or online at clark.wa.gov/public-works/report-park-road. The email and online form are only monitored during customer service hours. Urgent issues requiring immediate response can be reported to 564.397.2446. Residents can use this phone number to report urgent issues any time, including during business hours, after hours, on weekends or holidays. Examples of urgent issues include downed trees blocking county roads, malfunctioning traffic signals, and flooding. For non-urgent issues, residents should use the online request form or email, and customer service staff will respond during business hours.
To receive information about road and park projects, closures, opportunities for community input, and more, residents can follow Public Works on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram and view information on Nextdoor.
