The Franklin Center has deteriorating stairs and is a five (5) story building, semi-enclosed concrete fire staircase.  The stairs at the Dolle Building are a single set that go from the parking lot to the basement level of the building.

In general, the project is to recover and overlay two (2) areas of existing roofing system, one (1) layer existing with new single-ply membrane roofing system with new flashing and other related work and in one separate are to remove two (2) layers of existing roofing and replace with new single-ply membrane roofing system with new flashing and other related work.

The project consists of the repair, crack cleaning and sealing and striping of two (2) parking lots located at Hockinson Meadows Community Park’s North lot and Pacific Community Park’s East parking lot.

The roof of the Clark County Corrections Center has approximately 3,400 SF of integrated solar panels that have had the sealant and taping fail. The job would consist of removing the old mastic and taping and re-adhering to the main roof with an approved sealant.

The project consists of the removal of a single-family ranch style home of approximately 3,681 sf, detached garage, and other out buildings.

This project consists of interior building modifications to expand the department by approximately 302 SF to the West and build out two (2) additional offices.
