PUBLIC NOTICE - COUNTY OWNED SURPLUS WILL BE SOLD AT AUCTION

Clark County local government intends to sell/auction various used surplus equipment on Internet website www.govdeals.com/clarkcounty beginning January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024.

Examples of equipment are: Office chairs, File cabinets, Office supplies, Water Quality Testing Equip, Miscellaneous furniture.

Notice of Public Auction

Clark County, Washington

Pursuant to RCW Chapter 36.34.030 of the Revised Code of Washington, the following property will be sold by auction at the following location and time:

Tri-Mountain Golf Course

Property Identification Numbers: 212785000 / 212800000 / 212782000 / 212815000

Approximately 132 acres of Open Space zoned Parks/Open Space (AG-20). Structures on property including clubhouse and any remaining inventory, office, two (2) maintenance buildings, driving range, public 18-hole golf course, and other various small buildings. Property will be sold as is except for golf carts, personal items belongings to staff, and lost and found items.

A site walk is scheduled for Wednesday, September 25, 2024 starting at 9:30 am. Attendees shall meet at the clubhouse entrance located at 1701 NW 299^th Street, Ridgefield, WA 98642. No other site walk will be provided.

A Questions & Answers document will be maintained and posted on this website as needed. Questions will be accepted through Thursday October 24th, 2024 at 4:00 pm.

Sealed bids shall be received in the Office of Purchasing, 1300 Franklin Street, Suite 650, Vancouver, WA 98660, until, but no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 and will be opened at 10:05 am in the Council Conference 698 on October 30, 2024.
