Records Management has been a provider of information services to county departments since 1985. Our two large warehouses store thousands of boxes of physical records created by numerous county operations, for which we perform pick-up and delivery, research, retrieval, filing, and secure disposal.
Also stored are over 6,000 rolls of microfilm, including copies of all County Commissioner proceedings from 1859 to 2013.
Our digitizing capabilities include document-sized, large format, and microfilm scanning.
Records Management is also the designated administrator of the county’s OnBase document management software system.
This office also acts as the county’s liaison with the Washington State Archives for records retention schedule matters, and transfer of historical records to state custody.
