If you have an inmate concern regarding disabilities, effective communication for the inmate or yourself with the inmate, or access to available aids and services:

please call the jail (564-397-2207)
complete a Health/Safety Form in person at our facility or
email the Effective Communication Coordinators (ECC) at CorrectionsECC@clark.wa.gov

If an inmate has a concern, they may:

complete an Inmate Request or Grievance Form
submit an electronic Inmate Request or Grievance
contact the Effective Communication Coordinators (ECC) at the address below or
notify any jail officer
