Clark County middle and high school students are invited to participate in Better You BINGO: A Healthy Coping Challenge for Youth by Youth. The challenge begins Tuesday, April 20 and ends Thursday, May 20.

Better You BINGO is a free online challenge that invites youth ages 12-19 from the community to participate in a self-paced "healthy coping challenge" that introduces them to or leads them to complete activities focused on healthy coping skills for a chance to win a healthy coping themed PRIZE. Some examples of the challenges include reducing screen time, getting outside and doing 10+ minutes of movement.

Better You BINGO instructions and playing cards are online at www.clarkcountystasha.org and on Instagram @ClarkCountySTASHA.

Prevention research consistently shows that youth are less likely to use substances if they have good coping skills, have access to healthy leisure activities, and are in a community that discourages youth substance use.
