Community Action

The Clark County Community Action Program distributes funds to community nonprofit organizations to provide emergency needs, basic and essential services, and programs to improve self-sufficiency. Examples of services provided through the nonprofit agencies include emergency shelter, energy assistance, homeless prevention through rent or mortgage assistance with case management, food, employment, and non-criminal legal assistance.
