Clark County middle and high school students are invited to participate in a Virtual Game Night on Friday, April 15 from 6:30-8 pm.

Virtual Game Night is hosted by local youth for local youth as a way to connect and have fun in a safe environment while learning healthy coping skills through a variety of online games such as Skribbl.io, Escape Room, and Trivia Blooket. The games are played for fun but there will be opportunities to score some prizes.

The event is open to Clark County teens and pre-teens ages 11-18. In order to participate, youth must register by visiting bit.ly/3BLzp11 or  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdHVT_EmXOcJX3c2k-Wt4qsuE241Jl0okxP7F2yVcHj-dvR3A/viewform and have the ability to access Zoom from a computer or mobile device.

Prevention research consistently shows that youth are less likely to use substances if they have good coping skills, have access to healthy leisure activities, and are in a community that discourages youth substance use.

For more information about Virtual Game Night, please contact Alaina Green, program coordinator, at 360.831.2090 or alaina.green@clark.wa.gov.

Virtual Game Night is hosted by youth from the Clark County STASHA Peer Education program, the Chief Umtuch D.R.E.A.M. Team, and Unite! Washougal. These organizations work to prevent youth substance use among their peers and within their community.
