In 2007 the Clark County Sheriff's Office entered into partnership with the Washington Association of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs (WASPC) to notify crime victims of the release of offenders from the Clark County Jail, through the statewide Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) system. The VINE system is a free system where crime victims can confirm an offender is still in custody 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Victims can sign up to be notified by phone or e-mail when an offender is released.

In addition, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) is committed to protecting the public and ensuring that the rights of victims are carefully observed. HSI administers a Victim Notification Program which allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable, timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. Victims and witnesses are required to register with ICE in order to receive notification.
