Vancouver, Wash. ‒ Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, is the last day to submit a mail-in voter registration form to be eligible to cast a ballot in the Feb. 13 special election. Because Jan. 15 is a national holiday, Elections urges people to mail registration forms no later than Saturday, Jan. 13.
Please send mail-in registration forms to Clark County Elections, PO Box 8815, Vancouver, 98666. The form can be found under Find It Fast or Voter Resources on the Elections website at https://www.clark.wa.gov/elections.
Jan. 15 also is the deadline for online registration to be eligible to vote in the February special election. Applications can be submitted online until 11:59 p.m. To register online, go to the Elections website at clarkvotes.org and click MyVote.
Registered voters who want to change their address online must do so before 11:59 p.m. Monday, Jan. 15, for the Feb. 13 election. Voters can go to https://www.clark.wa.gov/elections/changing-your-registration. To change your address in person or over the phone, go to Clark County Elections, 1408 Franklin St., or call 360.397.2345.
Citizens who are not currently registered to vote in the state have more time and may register in person at the Elections office until 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5.
Only registered voters in city of Camas, Battle Ground School District, Evergreen Public Schools and La Center School District will receive ballots for this election. An online voters’ guide will be available Jan. 11 at clarkvotes.org.
