First installment 2025 property tax payments due Tuesday, April 30, 2025

Vancouver, Wash. – Clark County Treasurer Alishia Topper is reminding property owners that the first installment of 2025 property taxes is due by Tuesday, April 30, 2025.

Tax statements are being mailed starting today, Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025. Residents who do not receive their statement in the coming days, or have questions regarding their bill, are encouraged to visit the Treasurer’s website at www.clark.wa.gov/treasurer or call the office at 564.397.2252 to request a duplicate statement.

“Statements are sent to property owners who do not make tax payments through an escrow account,” said Treasurer Topper. “If you recently paid off your mortgage and did not receive a tax statement, please reach out to our office.”

To provide flexible and convenient payment options, taxpayers are encouraged to make their payments online or by mail. In-person services are available at the Treasurer’s Office, which is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Online payments can be made using a checking or savings account at no cost. Payments made with a debit card will incur a $3.95 vendor fee, and credit card transactions will carry a 2.39% vendor fee. All mailed payments must be postmarked by April 30, 2025, to avoid penalty and interest charges. Payments should be sent to: Clark County Treasurer, PO Box 35150, Seattle, WA 98124-5150. Taxpayers are encouraged to use the return envelope and payment coupon included with their statement.
