(1)  Filing.  A party may file a motion to set aside a default judgment dismissal entered at the time of the pretrial conference, mandatory mediation or trial for failure of such party to have appeared as required.  A motion to set aside a Small Claims Default Judgment shall be governed by CRLJ 55 ( c). 

(2)  Time for Motion.  The written motion must be filed within 30 days of entry of such default.
